The whole house buying and selling seems like a blur. It all  happened so fast--thank goodness and thanks to you! I am so relieved to have it behind me. I can hardly believe that at Halloween I hadn't even found this house yet, much less thought I would be moved by year end. The whole ordeal was something that had been hanging over my head. Thanks to you it is over and now seems somewhat painless. Kind of like childbirth - you forget the pain :-).  I will be forever grateful to you for giving me the gentle pushes I needed and keeping me on track.  You are a great agent, Sharon, and I tell everyone who will listen about you. Hopefully I will be able to give you some referrals to pay you back for everything you did for me. I will never forget when the shop vac covered us with soot when we were cleaning the basement! We were crazy!

My Dear Sharon,

What a great surprise, as I gingerly unlocked the door of my newly-acquired condo and saw a fine, thick new "WELCOME" mat at the front entrance! Then, lo and behold, there upon the kitchen sink was bundle of very colorful, attractive kitchen towels, and a matching  throw-rug at the foot of the sink! Then both bathrooms had beautiful new towels and bath mats. You can't know how much I appreciate your very thoughtful and gracious gesture, Sharon. Thank you and God Bless for helping me every step of the way through the buying and selling process! I don't think I could have done it without you.
